Almost every JEMINES item is personalized to order especially for you. Please read this policy carefully — it explains exactly what can and cannot be returned, and what We will always make right at no cost to You.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company” (referred to as either “JEMINES”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to JEMINES, 2000 E Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85281, United States.
  • Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Personalized Goods” refers to Goods made to order with information provided by You (such as a custom message card, photo card, name, or engraving).
  • Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service” refers to the Website.
  • Website” refers to JEMINES, accessible from www.jemines.com
  • You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 hours after you place the order. After this window, production of Your Personalized Goods begins and the Order can no longer be cancelled.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

If You cancel within this window, We will reimburse You in full no later than 14 days from the day of the cancellation, using the same means of payment as You used for the Order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Personalized Goods Are Final Sale

All Personalized Goods are made to order and are final sale. Because each piece is produced with Your custom message card, photo, or personalization, We cannot accept returns or exchanges of Personalized Goods for reasons such as a change of mind, an unwanted gift, or items that are no longer needed.

This does not affect the remedies described in the section “Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items” below — those are always covered, free of charge.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — Always Covered

If Your Order arrives damaged or defective, or if You receive the wrong item or a personalization error caused by Us, We will make it right at no cost to You:

  • Contact Us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with Your order number and a photo of the item received.
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — Your choice.
  • You will not pay any return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Returns of Non-Personalized Goods

For the limited number of Goods that are not personalized, in order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are unused and in the original packaging

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning non-personalized Goods to Us. Please ensure You contact Us before initiating the return process. If We don’t hear from You prior to initiating the return, We won’t be able to issue a refund for Your Order amount.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
